Powder Coating Steel

Internal Steelwork

All steel products being used in an internal temperature controlled environment, are degreased and pre-treated by iron phosphate immersion dip prior to being coated.

External Steelwork

Steel components, intended for external use, can be shot blasted and zinc coated before powder coating, as an alternative to galvanizing, to achieve a high quality finish with a guaranteed corrosion free life expectancy of up to 15 years. Right Angle is one of only 6, audited and approved applicators, of the Interpon PZ770 system in the country.

Galvanised Steelwork

When applied to a hot dipped galvanized steel substrate, powder coating provides a long lasting, low maintenance and colourful finish ideal for architectural metal work, fencing, gates, street furniture and other mild steel products.
